Twinkle is another option for HTV glitter from Siser. Twinkle HTV contains embedded flakes that give off a unique shine when exposed to direct light similarly to the EasyReflective® line.
Siser Twinkle HTV's pressure-sensitive carrier sheet allows you to create and cut detailed designs on a variety of fabrics. When pressed and cared for properly, this heat transfer vinyl can often outlast the garment itself. 143VINYL offers all 12 gorgeous colors of Siser Twinkle HTV in 12”x20” size.

Siser Twinkle Application:
- Cut in reverse
- Weed excess material
- Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
- Apply Temperature: 305°F / 150°C
- Pressure: Light/Medium
- Time: 10-15 seconds

Siser Twinkle Washing Instructions:
- Wait 24 hours after application before washing garment
- Wash inside-out
- Machine wash warm or cold using a mild detergent
- No chlorine bleach
- Dry on normal settings
