Local Pickups - Updated 6/4/2020

Starting Thursday, June 4, 2020 local pickup service will switch from curbside to inside pickup with the following conditions:

  1. Please place your order before arriving and allow our team plenty of time to fill your order.  Pick up your order after you receive your order COMPLETED email or when it shows COMPLETED on our website under your account.
  2. We have installed plexiglass around our front counter for local pickups to protect our employees and customers.
  3. One person per household/car may enter the building to pick up their order.  If someone is already in the front area, you may wait outside or in your car while practicing physical distancing if more than one person is outside.
  4. We cannot take orders while you are here, this is for order pickup only so no prolonged presence in the building is permitted by customers.
  5. There can be no waiting inside the building.

9AM - 8PM Sunday - Friday
9AM - 3PM Saturday

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT have a retail store to browse and shop.  This is for online order pickup only.

Can I order online and pickup locally in Louisville?
If your shipping address is Kentucky or Indiana and you would like to pick your order up rather than having it shipped, you will able to choose Local Pickup as a shipping option at checkout. In order to avoid confusion with shoppers this option is only presented if your shipping state is listed above.  If you are passing through Louisville and would like to pick up your order, please contact us to let us know before you order and we will provide a free shipping code for your convenience.

Do you have a store I can shop in?
No, we do not have a store front for walk-in shopping.  In order to pay for retail shopping space we would have to charge much more than our online prices to justify the space, employees, fixtures, etc.  

How fast can I pick up my order? 
Currently, orders are usually ready within about 24-36 after they are placed, or sooner depending our workload. Mondays are usually our busiest day so there is a a chance your order may not be ready until Tuesday--it just depends on our workload at the time. We fill orders as quickly as possible while still taking time to make sure they are accurate, so keep in mind that emailing us to ask when it will be ready before or after you place your order only distracts us from meeting your expectations. The sooner we receive your order, the sooner we can fill it.  Also, requesting "rush" or "I need it by ____ time today." only slows down our order fulfillment team because they have to take time to read information that is basically meaningless--we fill the shipments in the order received.

The Order to Fulfillment Process
The first email you receive will state that it is PROCESSING. This means we have your order in queue to be filled. When you receive the email that your order is COMPLETED you may pick it up Monday-Friday 9AM-8:30PM and Saturday-Sunday 9AM-5PM. If you do not receive your confirmation emails, please check your SPAM or Junk Mail folders. You may also log into your account on our website and view the Order History page to check the status.

Be sure to print and bring a copy of your order with you.
