5-Day Inspection Period

Once your order is marked "Delivered," you have five (5) business days to report any errors or missing items. After this window, the order is considered complete and correct.

Size & Width Variances

Sheet and roll widths are approximate and may vary by up to 1/4". Manufacturers’ master rolls vary; we use high-quality equipment to ensure consistency, but exact widths are not always possible.

🔒 Purchase Verification

To prevent fraud, we may request a photo of your ID and the credit card used. NEVER send your full credit card number. We only need to see the last four digits and the cardholder name to verify the transaction.

Clearance Items: All sales are final for items in the clearance/outlet section. Blemishes will be noted in descriptions where applicable.
