Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business and the specialized materials we ship, all sales are final once your order has left our facility.
If you encounter an issue with your items, we are here to help! Please contact us immediately so we can work with you to resolve it.
A Note on Deadlines & Inventory
While we commit to shipping your order as fast as possible, unforeseen circumstances (carrier delays, transit damage, or logistical errors) can occur. We do not offer refunds or compensation for lost revenue due to missed deadlines. To protect your business, we highly recommend keeping essential stock on-hand to ensure you are never at the mercy of a shipping delay!
Cancellations

Note: Because we process and ship orders with extreme speed, cancellation is often impossible once the fulfillment process has begun, even if you haven’t received a shipping email yet.
Outlet & Clearance
All sales are final on items purchased from the Outlet or Clearance sections.
If an item has a blemish or minor damage, it will be clearly noted in the product description. Please review your cart carefully before checking out!
