You can always check your order status by logging into your account and viewing the Order History tab. If you simple click the SEARCH button, it will display all your orders.
If you did not receive any emails AND your order is not listed on the Order History page, your order either did not complete or you are logged in with the wrong email address. If you received emails that your order is in PROCESS and/or COMPLETED and you do not see your order on the Order History page, please verify the address of the email account where you received the emails and compare it to the email address you logged in with.
