Business Day Shipping: This service is available Monday - Friday through United Parcel Service (UPS). Expedited shipping service begins once UPS has possession of the package, not at the time the shipping label is created. UPS picks up orders from our facility between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM Eastern Time Monday - Friday.

Address: This service is through the United Parcel Service (UPS) and will require a physical address, no PO Boxes. Orders with PO Boxes, or invalid addresses may be contacted via phone call, email and text message from our Customer Service team, which could cause processing delays. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct address is on the order and no refunds, reprints or reships for incorrect or invalid addresses will be processed.

Service Area: Available only in the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Free Shipping Exclusion: Our Free Shipping on Orders Over $50 offer does not apply to expedited shipping services, including 1-Day Shipping.

Once packages leave our facility, we are not responsible for any delays in shipping service. Please allow up to 24 hours for the UPS tracking website to update with your package location.
