If you are using AOL or AT&T as your email provider, they tend to not accept emails from our store and other websites for some unknown reason. Because of this you may not receive order notifications and other important information. This issue does not happen with every account and it is a very inconsistent issue with those email providers. We highly recommend that in order to receive emails from our store regarding your account that you use Gmail or another quality email service.
